First meeting with the marketing consultant for the Attractiveness Campaign Strategy and Action Plan design was held on 1 June 2017 at the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts.
At the meeting, Attractiveness Campaign Strategy framework was presented. Target groups were defined, as well as ways in which they should be approached. Additionaly, arrangements were made regarding future project activites, as well as which activities were the most important ones.
The design and implementation of the Attractiveness Campaign Strategy and Action Plan marks the beginning of work on the second EP4A result, which is to enhance awareness of the benefits of apprenticeships. Attractiveness Campaign will be implemented until the project end and will consist of numerous activities such as introducing help-desk line, producing an User-friendly Employers’ Guide to Apprenticeships, designing a “trademark” for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) engaging in apprenticeships, organising several info-days in Croatia and a Study Visit to Munich for selected SMEs representatives.
