As the part of EP4A project, a help-desk line for employers interested in apprenticeship started with work from 27 September 2017.
The help-desk line has been introduced so interested employers can get all the information in one place – the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts as well as regional chambers, get inquiries on apprenticeship and licensing during the whole year with the significant rise of inquiries at the beginning of school year when students search for apprenticeship place.
Calls on the unique telephone number 01/4806 656 will be answered by experts for vocational education from the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts and regional chambers. Besides general information on apprenticeship (benefits, why to have apprentices, for which occupations apprenticeship is conducted, legal provisions, etc.), experts will provide information on issuing the licence necessary for taking apprentices.

The help-desk line will be specifically promoted on open info days in Split in October 2017 and Rijeka in November 2017.
